My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location is not great, with some shady characters in the parking lot, but there are a few food places nearby. The rooms were dirty, and some facilities like the shower were extremely dirty and broken. The staff, while some were kind, others were rude and disrespectful, creating a dingy atmosphere. The dining options were limited, with just basic items for breakfast. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel is near the Promenade Shopping Center.
